Gina’s journey began in the Philippines, where she earned her nursing degree before embarking on a life changing move to Australia in 1974. Since then, she has honed her expertise through diverse experiences both in public and private hospitals, within intensive care and cardiothoracic units, leaving an indelible mark in the field.    

Throughout her career, Gina has held a range of managerial and administrative positions within hospital systems, witnessing first hand the pressing need for qualified nurses at all levels, as well as the challenges faced by healthcare organisations in attracting and retaining exceptional talent. 

Motivated by her experiences, Gina developed a solution that would bridge the gap between organisations and skilled nursing professionals. 

With a background in finance and accounting, and a passion for business, Alan brings his wealth of expertise and corporate experience to Global Network Recruitment. 

Since joining the company in 2007 to oversee its accounting and administrative functions, Alan has been instrumental in ensuring the smooth operating of financial processes, and has played a key role in strategic planning and growth. His meticulous attention to detail and adherence to best practices have strengthened the foundation of Global Network Recruitment, enabling the organisation to provide exceptional services to both nursing professionals and healthcare organisations. 

Alan’s unique blend of skills and experience, coupled with his dedication to the success of each and every nurse recruit, has played a pivotal role in Global Network Recruitment’s success.
